not allowed my attorney
i had a lie detector test and the officer doing it said i could leave at any time when he said he was done with the questions i told him that i would like to go back to work he said that i was not allowed to leave. after he came back he said i failed my test then i asked for my attorney and they told me i wasn't allowed to call him i repeated my request again needless to say i kept getting questions and after being confused and they told me they would go after my girlfriend and take our son away if i didnt give a confession needless to say i signed a statement BIG NO NO now the charges they brought against me are the one's they told me to sign did not read me my rights any chane of getting statement thrown-out

Well, it seems that you KNEW you shouldn't talk and shouldn't give a statement and did it anyway??? Why would you do that???
The answer to your question is, after they told you that you weren't allowed to leave, you were in custody, and should have been afforded your rights, including your right to an attorney.
