appellee briefs
The appellant/defendant briefs were filed on time but the appellee/commonwealth did not file theirs at all. What does this mean for the appellant (my son)?

Re: appellee briefs
Appellate briefs are frequently late and many attorneys file for multiple extensions. It doesn't help much.
