Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I'm applying for a PA Nursing Liscense

I was on ARD for Aggervated Assualt and I completed it as ordered, my record was also expunged. My question is my state liscensure form askes if i have ever been on ARD before. If I check no are they able to find out about it.

Yes. More importantly, if they catch you lying, they will use that as a reason to not license you.
