Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
On April 15th Full Tilt Poker was charged by the DOJ with bank fraud, money laundering, and other similar charges. Since then they have closed business to US players and haven't paid out a dime to any player in the US.
How long can they continue to not pay the millions they owe before it is considered theft, and is there any way I can ensure they are charged criminally for such a matter?

Fact is they have been charged with crimes. Crimes that carry a greater penalty the numerous theft by wrongful deposition charges. Besides their alleged victims probably committed crimes by betting with them in the first place.
If you're going to get dime one from them it will probably be because some filed a class action suit against them.
