Why would you want to get off of ARD?
ARD means that the charges are dropped when you complete it. If you get off of ARD, the original charges come back and you will have to either plead guilty or go to trial, and if you are found guilty you will be sentenced to whatever the guidelines call for.
It's not a good idea to get off of ARD.
To answer your question, though, you would have to petition the court to notify them that you wish to be removed from the ARD program.
