How long does an ARD take to show up on your criminal background check?

There is no set time that anything "shows up." However, it is likely that it will say you were charged and that there was no disposition.

In any case, the point of ARD is that when it ends, you can get the charge expunged, at which time NOTHING will show up on your criminal background check.
