Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Hi, I am on the ard program for possession of paraphernalia and I have to get a state police record check and also an fbi record check to become a teacher, how is this going to show up on the checks because I have no choice to get them now and cant wait till it's expunged

It is going to show up as an arrest on the charge with either an unreported disposition or probation.
