Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I was arested in 1985 for robbery an other offenses i havnt reoffended.an is there anyway that i can get my record sponged after 26years?.

No. The only charges that qualify for an expungement are the following: summary offenses after five years of no new arrests, charges that have been dropped or charges where you were found not guilty, and charges that were dismissed under an ARD plea. A robbery offense would not fit into any of those categories.
The only way to have this removed would be through a governor's pardon. This is often times a lenghty and difficult process and pardon's are often times hard to get, but this would be your only option to have the charge removed.
