Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Arraignment
My brother had a simple assault M2 lowered to an M3, was willing to plea guilty at the preliminary hearing but magestrate set an arraignment hearing for 3-6-08. Is it neccassary to have an attorney at arraignment.
