The prescription was in a vile with my name on it I took a deal on May 15th, 2016 of 11 1/2-23 months with immediate release to house arrest. I was not aware at the time and my lawyer was not told prior to me accepting the deal that on May 10th the arresting officer was arrested while on duty, and he left Philadelphia in a unmarked police car and robbed 2 guys in bucks county pa. I feel I should of been informed of his arrest prior to accepting a plea agreement. I was told that if I did not take the deal I was looking at 3-6 years Do I have any chance of getting my conviction overturned.
