Have you ever been arrested or charged with violation of the law
I am 38.
I was charged with 221.05 in NYC 1998
Disposition says dismissed/sealed 160.50.
Can I legally answer NO to this question on an application for Lethal Weapons Training Act in PA?

Usually right after the question it indicates "omit" various things such as summary offenses or moving vehicle violations. You have to read the entire question. I don't know what 221.05 is or what the 160.05 means but if the charge was a summary offense and it indicates you should omit summary offenses, then you should answer no. If it doesn't indicate that you should omit summary offenses or this was not a summary offense, you should answer yes. There is usually a place for explanation.
