Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
If someone is arrested for possesion of 110 grams of herion and are in custody at a local county jail shouldn't there be some sort of information as to why their in jail on website like ujsportal.pacourts.us/ Maybe a docket sheet or something? Or does them being in custody and theres no record of there charges mean their cooperating with police?
