Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was arrested for retail theft, I finished the case. I got pulled over while driving and when they ran my name a warrant is showing up for the retail theft case. I went to my probation officer she didn't know what to tell me, I went to the Criminal Justice Center, they gave me a paper to give to the police should I ever have a problem again with this warrant saying that I do not have a warrant, but that was a couple of years ago and I lost the paper. But yet it is still in the system when a cop runs my name. No-body can give me any information on what to do about getting this warrant out of the system. Do you have any suggestions?

Get an attorney to present a motion to a judge to straighten it out.
