Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was just arrested for shoplifting $24 of merchandise at a Home Goods. This is a misdemeanor but my third offense. What is the punishment with my previous record?

Third offense retail theft is a felony. Usually there may be jail time involved.

You need to talk with your PD ASAP. You could be looking at jail.
