i was arrested on 1/11/11 for sml amt marijuana and paraphenalia . when i got my prelimiinary arraignment notice is says as followed possess sml amt marihuana possess drug paraphernalia can i have it dropped because of miss spelling?

No, but nice try. If you've got a clean record, you can probably get this resolved at the Court of Common Pleas level under what's called a "section 17" probation. Ask your attorney about it.
