Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
attemped rape
can i sue the man who tried to rape my 16 year old daughter, and now is in jail for this, we have enough to put him away and had a hearing in which it was sent to court, the da said if they would lose this case they would not presue it. it has left us in a state of fear and confussion, can we take hi properties his businees.
