attempted insurance fraud
im being charged with attempted ins. fraud i altered a fuel oil reciept & a atv that i thought was stolen my brother in law had picked up without me knowing i havent recieved any money what am i facing ? i live in sc the issue is at a pa resd.

Attempt is the same grade of offense as the crime which was attempted. In Pennsylvania the grade of a theft offense depends upon the amount involved.
