Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Attempted Murder Case
My husband is on parole. O month ago some said that he stabbed someone. The first court date the victim did not show up. But they say that they have 2 eye witnesses pointed him out in a photo line up .If the victim doesn't show up three times do they throw that case away? If the witnesses show up do they still have a case against him even if the victim doesn't show?

Re: Attempted Murder Case
A prosecutor will not drop the case if he thinks he has adequate evidence, with or without the victim to convict. IF, IF yoiur husband stabbed someone, unless it was necessary for his self defense, I hope he goes to jail until he is too old and feble to raise a knife to stab anyone, as he is a criminal, and the last time didn't teach him anything.
