Attempted Theft- follow up

Per my previous questions regarding my attempted theft case. I'm curious if I am able to enter into an Pennsylvania A.R.D. program if I have 2 offenses (for underage drinking and public intox (acquired at same time)).

If so what are the chances I'm allowed to do the counceling or community service out of state if i reside outside of pennsylvania?

A.R.D. involves a period of probation. If you plead for A.R.D., you can have the probation transferred to another state. If you are sentenced here to community service, it is probably going to be a pre-trial diversionary program and you would have to do the community service here.
