Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Attorney Misconduct

I hired an attorney in Pennsylvania to represent my financee on a Federal appeal. We paid the attorney, he was suppose to prepare documents with his findings. It has now been two years since we hired him. We have received absolutely no documents. And when we call him all we get are broken promises as to what he will do. I am in despearate need of assistace. Thanking you in advance for you assistance in this matter.

Contach the state bar in Pennsylvania. Explain the situation and request help. You may also want to consider contacting another attorney in Pennsylvania and ask for help in this matter.
