my son driving girlfriends uninsured vehicle made illegal u turn and hit in rear by bus, he never leaves car girlfriend comes and talks to driver then leaves scene because of no insurance now people on bus want to sue her. will my son go to jail or have license revoked for tjhs one mistake? he did not know car uninsured. the busdriver and all involved never met my son as he remained in car waiting for police, but lawyer girlfriend has is asking who was driving

The easiest thing to do is to give the girlfriend's lawyer the information that he or she needs. Since your son had no insurance it isn't likely that anyone is going to be interested in pursuing a claim against him. One thing that gives me a little concern, though, is that you say the girlfriend left the scene. If your son went with her when she left, he may end up being charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage.
