Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Back in 2009 I hit a cop car and left the scene. I was sentence to 1 year of ard community service big fine. A year pass I was so called kick out and place on regular probation. While in probation I was actually convicted for some misdemeanor small possession marijuana personal use and about three years ago a DUI. I was never violated for anything but the DUI only spend 72 hours in jail house arrest. I was violated for a harrasment charged and spen 3 1/2 months in county jail. I went on Jan 29 to see my probation as usual. I enter and casually asked hey I made a $750 payment 2 days ago can you make sure it posted. She then proceed to check, she looked at me in a disturbing way and says "Name" you haven't make a payment since August 2015. I said no check again please I know I did I have bank statements. She then looked freaked out she the proceed to show me her computer and say "this is your bday" in a certain time that she was 100% correct and I was trying to lie. I said nope my bday is 00/00/0000. She then say let me check something. Then she says freaking out you are not suppose to be in supervision I'm so sorry please don't submit a lawsuit.
I went home with questions as she kind of wrap things up quickly gave me no documents of released. I email her when I got home and asked her I wanted to know what was my original discharged date and she tells me this exact words "let just say today:)". Which clearly wasn't the original date. I then call her supervisor which advice me that my probation haven't enter the correct date and I said OK which is my original date. Her supervisor then tells me wait let me look in to it I'll call you back. She never called next day my former probation calls me and say if i had questions about my felony. I said well that was something I asked months ago and you advice me I had felony 3. That was bad because in all job application I had to sing as a felon which I got turn down in many jobs and cause a financial confliction stress depression which I'm diagnosed with it as well. I told her yes I ask her what about my discharged papers with my original date she said she don't provide this papers when she release clients. A hour later her supervisor calls checking to see if my former probation called. I said yes but she said that you guys don't provide the document I ask for and you advice me you could of. She said well I ask her to call you about it I don't know why she had not updated it but I will make sure I look in to it and I'll get back to you its been two days and nothing yet. They been giving me the run around and I feel there is something insane going on and feel the need to proceed in a lawsuit. Please I need help in this matter in been denied the right to know my original discharged date this whole time I've been confused by someone else her negligence cause me jobs and feel like I need justice. If you guys can get back to this matter I would appreciated....
