Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Going back to meet the judge
Last year I was found guilty of a misdemeanor and was given 2 years probation. The judge said to come back in a year and if I was ''good'' he would get rid of the remaining time. I'd like to do this on my own but don't know what it's called or where to start. Please help

Re: Going back to meet the judge
You simply file a Petition or Motion to Terminate probation with the Clerk of Courts and serve it on the District Attorney's Office and get a date to present it to the Judge.
