Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

what can i do to get back my money when i was buying a truck and paying of a payment on the frist of every month in the sums of 500.00 and her frist payment was on 11-1-07 and insurance on the truck 55.00 on or before the 13th and the frist payment was on 11-9-07 and the 2nd payment was on 11-30-07 of 500.00 and the 2nd truck insurencewas also made on 12-06-07 of 50.00and then she comes and takes the truck for no reson at all. and there was no concrat it was all oral between us and the truck was still in the owers name. can i get back the money i put on this truck and the insuraces money that i made because that was the oeal agrement we had between us. and i have recets that she was selling me the truck for 3000.00 and i gave her 1000.00 and 105.00 for insurances so that is a sums of 1,105.00 she owes me .
