Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Bad Check
I am being charged with a bad check. They were to hold the check for me, even shows it on my receipt, by my mistake or by theirs it was put thru before the date that I had written down. Now I have to go to court. Don't have a lawyer yet and I'm not sure how to plead?

If you are criminally charged you should get an attorney. This is important.
