bad Checks
I am being charged with 3cts of bad checks that were stolen from me. Now the suspects in the case are pressing charges against me with the DA's office. I can afford an attorney but that will accept payment arrangements. what should i do? court is 01/14/09

Some attorneys like myself accept payment arrangements. Property crimes often can be resolved short of trial with restitution. I offer free initial consultations.
