Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
bail bond
if i bail out someone and they are doing using drugs what should i do? if i turn them in am i responsible for the bail money? the jail the are bailed out from is in another state, would i be responsilbe for getting them back to that state?

You should just make sure that they appear in Court for all scheduled dates. The bail bond is to guarantee their appearance in court.
