Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
barfight
My friend was in a barfight in the bathroom. He was taking a leak when 5 guys walked in saying he owed them money. One guy started waving a gun aroung. He also got punched twice in the back of the head. Alone and Outnumbered he pulled a knife and was cornered. A guy charged at him and got cut on his neck. The guy who got cut immediatley started screaming and there was some blood. My friend left the scene and now is wondering what to do. Apparently the police are involved and want to hear his side of the story. The injured guy is in the hospital. It's only been about three hours. Should he turn himself in or call a lawyer or what?

Duh! Call a lawyer (especially if he has a record) and GO to the police ASAP!
