Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Bench Warrants
I have a bench
warrant in New Jersey for FTA for a
driving with
suspended license. I live in PA and I
am traveling
from Philly to Venezeual and
returning to the US
through Miami. What will happen
when I show my
passport?
Will I be able to leave the US and
return?

Re: Bench Warrants
You can be arrested. You should contact a private attorney to handle the NJ matter as soon as possible.
