Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My bf bring this new guy around for work, and I stumbled on his name on the Megan's law site, and then looked up his record. His charges are all title 18, 3126, 3123, 6318, and 6301. We have kids so I told him I don't want this guy around anymore. Well he's here now, I'm livid. What can I do legally? In Westmoreland County PA. Thank you.
