bogus statement
my son who is 26 was falsly acused of a sexual comment by a 14 years old girl. what can happen with this and what should i do

First, if the police want to question or interview your son, he should have a lawyer. In a he said she said situation, any statement he might make could be crippling to his defense if the charges are brought to trial. As to punishment, it depends on what the comment allegedly was. It could be simply disorderly conduct or as serious as terroristic threats. i offer free consultations.
