bootcamp or drug rehabilitation programs

if its your first offense and you weren't caught with any drugs on you but where around them and you had another case after this with a weapon on you according to the chart I was looking at it says f1 category bootcamp eligibility but the lawyer is stating different. the judge wants to give him a max of 3-6years and is charging him as second offense

So are there two felony drug cases? Does either one involve a weapon? What's the weight of the narcotics? The answers to these questions and more are necessary to see if the defendant is eligible for boot camp.
