Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
If you bought a car for someone and there was a verbal agreement made in front of witnesses at the dealership, that the person would repay you all money, but has failed to do so, is that theft by deception? This person has stated they now plan on never repaying the money. The car was put into that persons name under false pretenses. Is this a crime? Is there anything I can do?
