Bounce Check

I wrote check several yrs old in York, PA and the check bounce now I have a warrant. Is a grace period for the warrant to be vacate? How can I handle this? I do not have the money was for 1000.00 in the year 1991

It sounds to me as if the criminal statute of limitations has expired so you have a defense to the charge. I'm not sure why an arrest warrant would even issue. If this is a civil matter what you may have is a Complaint rather than a warrant and you should answer the complaint.
