Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

okay my boyfriend, was on ARD for a DUI, and he went to a court hearing to get it revoked and missed a court hearing later on that same day, and then the next day he had to go in to see his Probation officer and he tried to sneak clean urine in, and his probation officer told him that they were arresting him, and asked if he had anything on him and he told his probation officer he had the clean urine. he is scheduled for a hearing on may 4th for the DUI arrigment and another charge of alternating a precription how much time is he looking at?

Without knowing what his prior convictions are it would be impossible to say. Then you have to factor in the judge.

I would say it's not going to go well for him.

Please, he blows off an ARD, misses a court hearing and then thinks he can cheat a drug test with probation department and now he alters a prescription, I doubt any judge will give him any slack.
