Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

My boyfriend is out on bail for assault against me and he was jus locked up cause the cops stopped a car he was in and found a book bag that was in the car with a gun inside.he admitted it was his and was charged with possesion and carrying it without a license.he was also locked up twice before for gun charges bt they was both dropped jus last week so he thinks he has a strong case for the case being dropped cause the gun wasn't on his hip it was in a book bag bt it was in the car with him so if u heard this case and all his prior charged how much time would he get since this would be his first conviction even though as I said he's been locked up before for a weapon.i know they will look at his records

well don't hire this legal genius for any criminal cases. First, because it wasn't on his hip then he was carrying a concealed weapon. If there was a PFA against him.it's going to get worse.

Apparently there still is no education from the second kick from the mule.
