Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
my ex boyfriend is in jail for criminal tel.harassment of me it took months to get the cops to take any action,he has a long criminal record for things like burglary,domestic abuse and armed robbery.He was on parole from prison when this happened,how can i make sure hes put behind bars for a good many of yrs,is there anything that i can do as a victim
