Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My Boyfriend is in Jail
My Boyfriend got pulled over in WV and got arrested for a warrant that he has in PA. He has already waived his right to extradition and I was wondering how long he has to wait before he is extradited to PA...which is only 45 mins away:-(...how long does PA have to come and get him?

Off the top of my head, I think it's 30 days. It usually happens in about 2 weeks though. Waiving extradition can be a mistake with some charges but it is usually advisable.
