Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My boyfriend stole a rifle from his friends house and brought it to my house. I told him to get it out of my house away from myself and kids. He threw it in the river. I had a detective call me and tell me they believe he took it. I said yes and am willing to give a statement. with myself, my daughter and one other person writes statements that we witnessed it in his possession without gun being present can he still be charged and prosecuted. He is on state parole also for burglary and B&E. He took the gun from Ohio and brought it into Pennsylvania also.
