Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

boyfriends family

my story is kinda long i am an 18 year old female dating a 14 year old male... i live in the state of pennsylvania and i was wondering what i could do besides break up with him to protect myself... i do not plan on having sex with him until he reaches the age of consent i understand all of that.. our major issue is his grandparents who also have custody of him right now... they let me pick him up and let me come over to their house but when i am not there they call me names all the time and say they are going to get restraining orders and things against me
