Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My brothe just got 6-12 yrs in prison,for 2 burglaries.He did 3yrs out of a 3-6yr prior term for 1 burglary,is this a fair sentence,and when eill he be out.

At a minimum he'll be in prison for 6 years then he can start trying for parole.
A fair sentence yes after all after being convicted for burglary the first time he should have been aware if he does it again he'd go to jail. And he did it again and then a 2nd one after that. Tells me he's not a quick learner.
