Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

My brother was arrested of a misdemeanor in 2001, he received probation, then moved to NV and had his probation transferred. He got into trouble again in NV and violated his PA probation. He has not come back to PA since then and a bench warrant was issued. What is he facing? Will he have to do time in jail?

Let a lawyer check into it for you.

First of all I need to know what county in PA are we dealing with?

It is very possible that NV and PA did not fully communicate.

It is very possible to avoid jail and the other consequences if he gets some help...it does not have to be a huge expense/

Please call me at 215-370-2608. My cell

I will be glad to help and make it as inexpensive as possible.

This sounds strange... a more than decade old misdemeanor that was given a probationary sentence is still causing problems? Did he not complete the terms of the probation?

Get in touch so we can discuss this further.

Mike
