Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
my brother is 24 and he's married and he has a child. he's plays and jokes a lot. well, he messed up and made a huge mistake. about 2 months ago a girl started texting him on the computer and on his phone. at first the conversations were pretty basic, she would text him good morning, how was your day, how you doing --- and he would text her back--- im fine, my day was good how bout your ....ect. well one day she asked him if he wanted her.....and he said no im married, your nuts....she asked him serveral times the same type of questions --- if he wanted to meet her (for sex), and he kept turning her down the one day she asked him if he wanted a pic (of her naked) --(being my stupid cocky brother he said go ahead)--- she sent it to him and then told him her parents were out and he could come over.......he text her back Nooo i told you that im married and i would never do something like that to my wife....well that pissed her off and she told her parents that my brother pressured her into giving a naked pic of herself to him...........her parents are cops....hes a good person, but he jokes around too much. now hes got a court date....she 16.....thats why this whole thing is such a big deal.... whats most likey to happen in court...???
