Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My brother's public defender use to be a assistant district attorney. I want to know if it is possible that his publice defender could be working against his case even though it's against the law for him to do so? I am asking this question because the publice defender rarley talk's to my brother or informs him on what's going on with his case.
