Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
car legally regestered to me, live in another state, dont operate car, uncle does, have own car about to register in the state i reside, Is it legal to register 1 car in 1 state and the other car in another? what happends if not allowed to?

You can't register a car in PA if you don't live in PA. For starters it's a violation of the Motor Vehicle Code. It could also be insurance fraud. Sooner or later you'll here from the attorney general's office and you could be charged with a crime.
