Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

so in my case.. the DA had a detective call my lawyer and tell him that they were waving 3 charges for waving my prelim. later they told me that they would only drop those charges if i plead with an open plea. when we tried to get back to prelim we were denied and the DAs office said they had no knowledge of why i waved it. but i have all the emails saved. is there anything i can do.. it went from the ADA talking about house arrest only to now they want up to 5 years in prison. i have sentencing this month and want to know what other options there are.

Is this Bucks County? You should have your lawyer contact the DA's Office and ask to speak to one of the chiefs...hopefully he or she is an experienced attorney and most likely he or she is...discuss it with him or her.... The charges should have been dropped on the day of the preliminary in the front of the Judge....
