Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Can I get case dropped if cop listed one of my charges under the wrong subsection.? Or just that one charge?

Yes but so what. What's to keep them from refiling with the right subsection.. More likely they'll just amend the orgiinal charge.
