Could this case be thrown out?

I have to go court for two counts of simple assualt & two counts of terroristic threats. My father is the plaintif, if he doesnt want to show up for court will the case be thrown out?

If you made no incriminating statements and your father made no statements that would be within the hearsay rule it is likely the charges would be dropped. You need to have a lawyer. If you cannot afford private counsel the Public Defender will defend you. However5 you must apply and qualify.
