cashing check with loan shark
i couldnt go to the bank a few times and had a neighbor cash personal postdated checks for me, which i paid back. he recently got arrested and they handed all the checks he is holding and forwarded them to fbi. am i in any trouble? he didn/t charge me anything.

There are several crimes that you may have committed. Do not speak to police without an attorney. You should contact an attorney.
