Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Castle Law
Does PA have the ''stand your ground'' castle law? Why on earth would it make a lick of sense to retreat from your own home in the very likely case where the person who is there for no good reason in the first place would do you and your family harm! I understand that no good person wants to take a life, but in the event where there is an intruder in your home your are in danger. If anyone is doing the shooting it should be the law abiding home owner, not the one who broke into your home and may kill you, rape your wife and who knows what else. Please tell me the facts of the PA castle law.
